New Summer Plans!!
I’m going on a road trip with Jairo & Trieu beginning next Wednesday. We will be going to the following places:
- Austin, TX: duh, to pick up Jairo
- Lubbock, TX: hoping not to catch Raider Rash in LBK for night one.
- Amarillo, TX: home of the famous steakhouse I’d never heard of until Monday
- Denver, CO: Um, I guess because it’s cool? IDK the itinerary here.
- Rapid City, SD: Mount Rushmore, sleeping
- Chicago, IL: bowing at Harpo studios (home of Oprah the Great), eating pizza
- Memphis, TN: IDK?
- New Orleans, LA: Celebrating on the French Quarter for Trieu’s 23rd
- …back home to Houston, commence poorness/living off Ramen until August
So we will be gone June 27-July 7. I begin my APSI on July 9th and continue APSI training until the 12th (which coincidentally, would have been my dad’s 51st birthday). Then I have GT training the next week.
Anyone want to hang out in late July? Haha. No srsly, I’m going to be totes magotes broke after this trip, but it’s going to be awesome and totally worth living off Ramen noodles until my August 1st paycheck.
